My Embarassingly Easy Slowcooker Meal is called that because it takes maybe two minutes to set up and always gets rave reviews.
What you’ll need:
- 4-6 chick breasts, either thawed or frozen
- one bottle of Diana’s sauce (or any BBQ sauce)
What you’ll do:
Combine everything into the slowcooker and do math to see if you need to cook it on high (to be done within 2-3hrs) or low (4-6hrs). I don’t find a different between cooking from thawed and frozen except the amount of sauce require to cover it. Ideally cut/shred halfway, but I’ve left it until the end and still found it enjoyable. Just pour any extra sauce desired from slowcooker right onto chicken.
As a side or in a bun/wrap with desire cheese, lettuce or mayo ratios.
